What sets YOU apart
Technical Education
You hold a degree in engineering or have completed a combined technical and commercial education. This background helps you understand complicated technical solutions and make them useful for customers.
Sales & Commercial Mindset
Ideally, you already have experience in sales and feel confident handling commercial topics. You are always watching out for economic relationships, pricing structures and special offers for customers.
Analytical & Communication Skills
You analyse complex requirements in a structured way and are able to communicate technical content clearly and convincingly – in discussions, presentations and negotiations.
Mobile & Regionally Active
You have a valid Category B driving licence and are flexible when travelling within your region – with the advantage of being back home in the evening.
Communication Skills & English Proficiency
You communicate confidently and clearly, even in complex situations. In an international environment, you feel comfortable using English and express yourself fluently in both spoken and written form.

You are responsible for selling complex technological products and supporting customer-oriented developments – from the initial idea to the right solution.
Customer Support & Consulting
You provide comprehensive support to existing customers and advise them both technically and commercially, acting as a competent point of contact on equal footing.
New Customers & Market Development
In addition to acquiring new customers, you identify further potential, create new uses for our products and help make our company bigger.
Identifying & Leveraging Potential
Through market observation and close interaction with customers, you identify new areas of application for our products and integrate them strategically into the sales process.
Product Presentations
You present our solutions convincingly – at customer sites, in meetings or presentations – communicating complex content in a clear and practical way.
Trade Fairs & Industry Events
You represent THK at national and international trade fairs, build new contacts and strengthen the market presence of our products and solutions.
